Return & Refund Policy

At CapyPrint, we want you to love your custom-printed T-shirts. If there’s an issue with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Claims for Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, you must submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product. Contact us at info@capyprint.com with a clear description and photos of the issue. If we determine the issue is on our end, we will cover the cost of a replacement.

2. Lost Packages

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the issue is due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Since all our T-shirts are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (change of mind).
  • Size exchanges (please check our size guide before ordering).
  • Personalized or custom-printed items, as they are uniquely made for each customer.

If you are unsure about sizing, feel free to reach out before making a purchase.

4. Wrong or Insufficient Address

If an incorrect address was provided, and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.

5. Unclaimed Packages

Orders that go unclaimed and are returned to our facility will require an additional shipping fee if the customer wishes to have them resent. If unclaimed within 30 days, the item may be donated or discarded without a refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and health reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Sealed products that have been opened.
  • Items that have been worn or washed.
  • Face masks and similar personal items.

7. EU Consumer Rights Notice

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not apply to:

  • Goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery, making them unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
